Founded in 1998, the St. Johns Housing Partnership (SJHP) is committed to developing and preserving quality housing while providing support for residents with low and moderate incomes, the elderly, disabled and Veterans. We are redefining affordable, low-income housing. We acquire and renovate existing housing, as well as build new affordable rental and for sale properties and repair homes.

SJHP is proud of its 25-year mission to bring together public and private sectors including investors to create low- and moderate-income housing, rebuild and repair neglected homes for the elderly, disabled, and Veterans, build new homes, and revitalize neighborhoods in disadvantaged areas. Our Weatherization Program
